Property Monitoring

We will periodically inspect the property, and make a complete documentation of available inventories. Also, Monthly report regarding the health of the property will be shared with the client. 

In the event of any noticed encroachment or attempt to encroach, misuse or deterioration that will adversely affect the property, the client will be promptly intimated. On serious encroachment cases, complaint will be filed with the local police station, as may be necessary.  

We track & intimate the payment of utility bills, property tax and other related taxes. We provide the receipt of payment and you will always have a backup with us.
